The Best Coffee Shops in Snohomish County to Meet Clients, Catch Up with Friends, or Explore Your Next Neighborhood

One of my favorite parts of being a real estate agent is getting to know the communities I serve and honestly, some of the best conversations don't happen in an office. They happen over a great cup of coffee.

Whether you're meeting to talk about buying your first home, catching up with friends, working remotely, or simply exploring a new town you might want to call home, Snohomish County has some incredible locally owned coffee shops worth visiting.

Here are a few of my favorites, with one or two picks from each community.

Arlington

☕ Bonaventure Coffee Roasters

Downtown Arlington has a cozy hometown feel, and Bonaventure Coffee Roasters fits it perfectly. It's a great place to meet with clients, enjoy a slower morning, or fuel up before exploring local Arlington shops and neighborhoods. Also, a great place to order freshly roasted coffee to have at home. 

☕ Coffee-ish (Lakewood)

Just west of Arlington in the Lakewood community, Coffee-ish is one of those places' locals love to keep to themselves. Their mission is centered around building community, serving quality coffee, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're commuting, meeting a friend, or heading out toward Stanwood or Camano Island, it's an easy stop that's well worth the visit.

Marysville

☕ The Creamery Co.

The Creamery Co. has become a local favorite and for good reason. Great coffee, delicious pastries, and a bright, inviting space make it perfect whether you're meeting someone for the first time or simply taking a break during a busy day. If you're touring homes in Marysville, it's an ideal place to recharge before the next showing.

Snohomish

☕ Legacy Coffee

There's something special about downtown Snohomish, and Legacy Coffee fits right in with the community vibe. Known for excellent coffee and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it's the kind of place where conversations naturally linger. After grabbing your drink, take a stroll through downtown's boutiques, antique shops, and riverfront while imagining what life in Snohomish could look like.

Everett

☕ The Muse Whiskey & Coffee

Located on the Everett waterfront, The Muse offers one of the most unique coffee experiences in the county. During the day it's a beautiful café with incredible views and comfortable seating for meetings. In the evening, it transforms into a whiskey and cocktail destination, making it just as enjoyable after work as it is during the day.

One of downtown Everett's true hidden gems, Makario Coffee Roasters is known for its expertly roasted coffee, welcoming atmosphere, and attention to detail. Whether you're meeting a client, catching up with a friend, or settling in to get some work done, Makario offers a cozy space that feels both inviting and intentional. It's easy to see why it has become a favorite among local coffee lovers and has even received national recognition for its coffee.

Stanwood

☕ Coastal Vie Espresso

Before heading to Camano Island or after exploring downtown Stanwood, Coastal Vie Espresso is a fantastic place to grab your favorite drink. Friendly service, convenient location, and quality coffee have made it a favorite stop for locals and visitors alike.

Why Coffee Shops Matter in Real Estate

One of the things I love most about real estate is helping people discover more than just a house. A home is only part of the story, the local coffee shop, your favorite brunch spot, nearby parks, and small businesses are what truly make a neighborhood feel like home.
